Accreditation Gap Analysis
A new customer facing tool that helps public safety agencies compare their policies with national accreditation standards and identify gaps, compliance or partial gaps.
Working coded prototype built using Claude & Figma Make. This example is taking national fire standards from CPSE.org and comparing with a real department in the US.

Final design was componetized in Angular for suite reuse for similar comparison & analysis tools.
Smart Jobs Optimizer
A new AI driven overlay modal that customers could opt-in for assisting recruiters and hiring managers in increasing candidate applications for hard to fill roles.
The recommendations were driven by benchmark data the was gathered from another ATS product within the suite that the engine was able to learn from.
This overlay sat on legacy pages within the recruiter & hiring manager view of the HR Recruitment tool.
Summary: Native AI design, new design system component for reuse with other benchmarking features of recommendations.
Automated Employee Document Management System
A new product concept for AI driven Automated Employee Documentation Management.
This is a working prototype built with Claude and Make. Early draft, 2026.
Design Features:
-Automated tagging for all documents by type and status.
-A recently HR team activity section to help coordinate work with multiple touch points.
-Prominent Employee Search and Uploading areas.
-Automated cross-area syncing for multiple HR product types like Learning, Performance, and HRIS.
Vending Machine Recommendations
Personal project, March 2026 using Claude. Working prototype.
Idea: A smart touch screen interface to help customers choose the right product for them avoiding allergies while picking the taste they want.
Value: Helps those with allergies pick safe products when using vending machines when on the go.
