My role at ZOLL Data was UX Manager of the Patient Care Pillar (Business Group). I was the design leader for the Patient Care products -ePCR (electronic Patient Care Report), Fire Reports, Quality Assurance, and Inventory, managing the UX team for the area.

As the UX and CX Manager, I was the designer, the researcher, the product owner, and project manager who managed all resources, timeline (Agile sprints), and the corporate budget. I implemented and managed google analytics and used the reports to drive important business design decisions.

I have experience working on Native Mobile, Mobile Web Applications and responsive web sites. Both approaches have positive user impacts depending on the application type, the need for stored data, the need for easy access and use of phone hardware features.

Empathy and discovery of user and customer needs should be at the heart of every design project. Tools like Personas, Journey Maps and Story Mapping help drive creative solutions.
