UX RESEARCH PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT

My core background is rooted in human interaction design and psychology (Human Factors). I have been implementing and conducting Usability Studies and tests in all my roles since the beginning of my career. User Research and Discovery should drive all design decisions. By knowing your user and customer, you can anticipate a delighter and avoid painful experience design changes resulting in time and costs.

Gathering research results and presenting to stakeholders along with experience design recommendations with break outs of time and effort is an important part of UX management and communicating our experience design opportunities.

By conducting cross-functional Design Thinking workshops, teams can create Customer Journeys, Service Blueprints and fully built out Personas that can be applied to key touch points in the customer's journey that can positively impact the customer's experience. I help business groups uncover their customer's experience, identify opportunities and address little known issues. Together, we make positive changes in the short term and in the long term to see results that are impactful and meaningful to the customer.
